FBBC is amazing . is not your typical insanity workout, but it feels more as if you would be having you personal trainer at hand. The staff is amazingly friendly and very supportive. They applied all covid restrictions, which include wearing masks and sanitizing the equipment after each session. Each workout it's only 45 min but it can easily burn 600 calories....amazing right!!! I completely recommend it and love it.

I should have joined a long time ago. Who knew HIIT or Boot Camp (or any group class) would be my jam? 45 minutes a day, a few days a week yield way more results than the hours i used to spend walking around aimlessly in the weight room at the old gym. These guys make working out fun!
Typically, I hate to workout but I absolutely love the classes and workouts at Fit Body! Also great staff and instructors who are super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!
Love FBBC!! I’ve been working out regularly (3-4x per week) with this company and they are amazing! The workouts are always changing and are always challenging enough where you feel and see results but not so challenging that it’s discouraging. Their different fitness challenges that are done almost monthly are super fun, engaging and if don’t correctly, will produce major results! I high recommend!!
This is an awesome place!! The instructors are top notch and very caring. It’s super clean and has excellent equipment! I highly recommend it!!
