I was enrolled in October 2018 and finished my enrollment process and was told back in October 2018 that I could come in at anytime to finish up my 12 hours of studying in the lab. I was trying to show up to class but I always had something go wrong with my car and I ended up having to leave my car at Hall Buick GMC for almost 2 months and then my brother's car started having issues, so I couldnt get the time I needed to come in with me working nights and him working days. I called in a couple times in between October 2018 and today and talked with Liz just to let them know what had been going on and to let them know I'd be coming in soon to finish up and not one time did anyone inform me that the GED testing policy had changed and that I needed to come in and get this done before the new 90 day period ended and I had to redo my orientation before I could get in lab to finish my 12 hours I had to do. Now, I have to redo it all over again and when I called in today to see if I was supposed to be in class today or next Monday...well lol, they didn't even have me enrolled even after I spoke with Carrie (who runs the orientation) just last week to get re-enrolled. I don't think I should have to do it all over again based on everything that had happened and based on the fact that no one informed me that the testing policy had changed.
