Dr. Harwood is amazing with my children, I wouldn’t want anyone else as their pediatrician.

Horrible, bad bedside manner, very stiff and detached. We have always arrived to our appointments on time or early since our first wellness visit. This particular time we arrived 15 minutes late; Doctor refused us. We suggested that we didn't mind waiting but was told the doctor has back to back appts. All awhile their were no one waiting in the lobby. They sent a 50 late fee to the credit bureau which i will fight. After being treated like second class citizen, we switched pediatricians. And, I'm very happy with our new provider she is wonderful.

He's extremely good with my autistic child. Very considerate and soft spoken. She loves him and she doesn't like many people especially doctors. Wonderful pediatrician. Highly recommended for sensitive kids.

Just took my son for his second visit with Dr. Harwood and he is great. Very friendly and both visits have been extremely quick to be seen. Extremely blessed I found this pediatrician.

HORRIBLE place to go. Front desk ladies are *extremely* rude, and unless you are a doormat and sit there and take it, they release you from their services. Not to mention, I surely don't want to take my child somewhere where they misdiagnosed him. I took my son in KNOWING he was sick, as a mother of 3 for 11 years, I took my 7 year old in knowing he was sick, and the on call doctor said he wasn't. I told him, yes, he is sick, and I don't want to have to drive 30 min back in two days when Dr. Harwood gets back. Sure enough I had to take him back. Dr. Harwood assured me it wouldn't happen again and sure enough it did. As a single mother I cannot afford to take off several days of work b/c they simply can't diagnose children correctly. They just want money. I would never recommend this Dr. or his facility. We had the same pediatrician for 11 years back in my old state and never once had a problem. Not once. I LOVED them, if only there were more pediatricians and nurses that cared like they did. It's sad you have to search and search to find a good Dr that doesn't just want your money and who will actually TREAT a sick child. Definitely look elsewhere for a GOOD AND CARING pediatrician. The 5 stars on google I am sure are fake/paid reviews. I will be taking my children to a *real* pediatrician who cares about his patients, and who hires caring staff who aren't rude every time you walk in the door. Even my 11 year old heard the front desk girl being rude to an elderly lady who walked in for an appointment and said she felt bad for the elderly lady. Sad. Please search and go elsewhere, this place is a joke for a pediatrician's office.
