Came to Orlando on vacation and forgot the power supply for my CPAP machine. Called after hours on a Friday and worked with Rob who was very kind and super helpful. Thankfully he had exactly what I needed and allowed me to purchase the item online and pick it up from the drop box at the store. Rob went above and beyond and I am very grateful.

Customer service from the employee level is very top notch. Both employees I have worked with were beyond accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They do not take insurance, but when trying to go to stores that accepted insurance, it was not worth the hassle and wait time. On top of that, most have high deductible plans and have to pay out of pocket anyways. I purchased the Resmed10 machine and a resmed pillow mask out of pocket. Both worked great and came recommended from employees and they explained everything very detailed and included some extra supplies. Overall, of many CPAP stores in greater Orlando that I have spoken with, this was the easiest, most responsive, and knowledgeable around and I recommend coming here.
I was in the area on vacation and forgot a piece of my CPAP machine that I needed it to work properly. Local cpap came through for me in spades. Individual named Tim helped and went above and beyond with excellent service and great communication. Local cpap has a great stock with excellent selection.
Awesome service!!! My mother forgot a piece at home for her resmed CPAP when we came to Disneyworld. We called them and they delivered the part to our hotel while we were at the park!! Highly recommend this place for any CPAP needs.
I traveled to Orlando from out of state they were very helpful and helped me find what I had forgotten at home and delivered it to my hotel lifesaving.

This place saved my vacation and I could not be more grateful. I arrived at my Orlando vacation place at 2 a.m. after a long delay and a horrible flight. I got to bed about 3 a.m.and then I couldn’t sleep. My C-pap mask was making a whistling sound that kept waking me. I tried dealing with my supply store back home, more than 1000 miles away. But they could not get me a replacement until 3 days later since it was a Friday. I called Local C-Pap and turned out they were closed since it was a few minutes after 5. But when I told Gloria my problem, she said that I needed to be able to sleep that night. She displayed more empathy after talking to me for less than 5 minutes than my home store that I have been using for 10 years. She explained that they had a box outside the store. She would leave me what I needed and gave me the code for the box. We drove there, got my replacement mask and then slept soundly that night and since. THANK YOU GLORIA and Local C-PAP. You are a model for excellent customer service with a heart.
Didn’t realize I had no cpap mask arriving Orlando, Florida. Located this company not too far away. After trials of different masks, I picked up one that was not what I had in mind. Thanks to the patient helpful assistance of the attendant. Now a week later, I am very happy with the choice. A definite 5 star service.
