In the 10 years we have lived here LOW True Value has been a lifesaver. Need a replacement part for that leaky sink? They’ve got you covered. Want to replace that high maintenance warping wooden deck? They have wonderful products. Want to keep it and get more years out of it? They can help you with the perfect paint on product for that as well. We’ve also rented a variety of equipment through the years to help with our projects inside and out. Their staff is courteous and ready to help with whatever you need. My most recent purchase was floor paint for our laundry room, picture attached.

We went there for a cartridge for the shower. They are very expensive on everything! My husband goes up front to young man at the register to ask him to remove lock from shelf to buy the cartridge. We wait for 10 min for someone to come. Nothing. I had to go up and ask very nice lady who helped us right away. We check out with rude young man. No thank you or a bag to put things in that we bought. Really? I will never go here again! I will gladly continue to go to Lowe's instead where everyone there appreciates their customers!
It’s great to have a small locally owned shop so close to home. The staff always takes great care to make sure their customers get questions answered and the correct items needed for their project. I especially appreciate their detail to maintain a safe shopping experience during COVID. Highly recommend!
This place is the perfect little hardware store for our small town. The employees are super friendly and filled with knowledge of the products. Definitely more of the hometown feel. Highly recommend!
First, prices are high and selection is not good. Lowe's and Home Depot will have what you need just go there. If you need to rent equipment of some kind call K&M in Culpeper, they have it all and better rates. Second, i don't need some overweight commie chastising me over the ridiculous mask mandate. It's NOT a law, don't be a sheep. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than dying from covid. What are you going to do when the real flu season returns? Require full haz-mat suits? Never shop at any Ace Hardwares anywhere ever again.
