My husband sent me a bouquet for our 1 year anniversary. They delivered it to wrong location, the man who took the order said he knew where my company was but still delivered incorrectly, I had to go to other location to pick up my own flowers. This morning after only having one day in an air conditioned office I noticed that some were wilted and some had ugly brown spots all over them. I tried to call after their open time, no answer, I sent email at about 9:10am no reply, I called again after 1 pm to see if they got my email, apparently they did, just didn’t bother to reply, so the person blamed me for the flowers wilting because of water level, even though I told her some of the stems were cut way too short, I only know because I was looking to see why they would wilt. I can’t believe a company would treat a customer like this! Rude and unprofessional! My husband called and talked to the man who owns, they agreed the shop would bring a replacement bouquet, which we would have been fine with the flowers that wilted being replaced, he insisted. 2 days go by, no replacement. My husband calls again, and is told by the woman owner, they wouldn’t replace due to my review on here. Wow really?! If they would have followed through, apologized for delivering to wrong location, not placing blame on us when it was clearly the poor quality of flowers cut way too short, one stem was actually side ways and touching the water, I would have gladly added to my review. But that didn’t happen. Seriously unprofessional. Never replied to 2 emails or a message on their FB page. Never use this business.

This small florist should have a 10 star if Google would allow it. Anyone who gives this place anything less then a 5 star is a #-@&#-!...Take a look at these photos they are beautiful.
Ordered planter online for a memorial service. Cost was over 100 and was suppose to be a nice flowering plant basket. Instead you delivered a small basket of succulent plant with not a flower on them! Looked like a 40 plant that I spent a 100 on. I called 3 times with no response. They dont have an answering machine. Got email today that they refuse refund and they expected the family in mourning to return the plant to them if I wanted any credit. As a florist, the first rule of thumb should be never send something out the door that you wouldnt like to receive. In the language of flowers, the plant I ordered said treasured friend, I will miss you. The one they received said, token gesture, nobody really cared. You can't undo that.
I originally called Woodbridge Florist, no one answered, had to leave a message. Someone did call me back fairly quickly. Spoke to them and sent them a picture of what I wanted. The guy mumbled something and said he was out of the majority of the flowers in the bouquet. He didn't offer to substitute anything. I really got the feeling he didn't want to do the arrangement. I politely said I'll just look somewhere else. He simply said "Okay" and hung up. That's when I called Village. They answered the phone quickly, I sent them a picture of what I wanted. She said she might have to substitute a few things (which I am okay with, I'm not a flower expert) Just wanted to send some nice flowers to my mother-in-law for her birthday! They accommodated two different windows of time when they could not deliver because I knew she would not be home at those times. She got her flowers and sent me a picture and WOW, it looks better than the picture. I definitely will be using Village again!
I ordered the premium flowers for my moms birthday. They delivered the wrong ones but were so helpful on the phone for fixing the problem.
