Sr. Umberto needs to learn that you can shear a sheep multiple times but you can only skin him once. I went in for 2 expensive, custom sport coat alterations with a tight timeline and a curiosity if I could use Umbertos for my custom clothing needs versus Tom James co. in Orange County. Slick talking Umberto charged me three times the typical rate because he had me over a barrel. I just accepted it because I was stuck. Then, to make matters worse, the jacket tailoring end result was terrible. I will be spending a lot of money on clothes this year but it won’t be at Umbertos. Be careful when you shop here and don’t get skinned. 3/7/19 UPDATED - Umberto and Staff are accusing me of a malicious and fraudulent review. I assure you it is not. As tailors, they should know that it is very difficult to \fix\ most alterations to a jacket. Attached is receipt and 2 claim checks from Umberto's. Yes, everything is blacked out because they seem very intent on uncovering my identity which is somewhat unnerving. I really don't care how they \spin\ my receipt image. I had a bad experience and not taking advantage of a 30 day guarantee or coming back to the store does not make my review fraudulent. I standby my original review and responses.

This place is awesome!! Tony and his staff are very detailed oriented and are always striving to make you look the best!! They gave me many options and then gave me some very good recommendations for the best suit. Their prices are very reasonable and the suits are the best quality with the finest materials on the market. They have some great sport jackets and really nice dress shirts as well.. I would highly recommend Umberto's to ALL. Thanks for all your help!! You guys are the best!!
