My family purchased a Buick Encore from Cornbread at Longstreet Chevy. He helped entertain my kids and at no time pressured us. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. His boss Shane Slaughter looked a little creepy in his out of style suit and needs to eat a few more meals. On the other hand Cornbread looked dashing like a knight in shining arour. I trust all my car buying needs to cornbread at Longstreet Chevy

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online. It was never received by the dealership, because their computer system was down all week. I drove 30 miles for an oil change and they were unable to change my oil because they never received my appointment. The service manager tried his best to make it right by offering me and oil change for 14.95 the following Monday. I accepted his apology and took him up on his offer. The following Monday I arrived early to my appointment. I waited an hour and twenty mins from the time my appointment was scheduled to the time it was complete. When I got back in my car to leave, it smelled like cigarettes. I appreciate the efforts of the manager to do right by a customer, but I would not recommend this service department to to anyone.

Always have a pleasant experience when I visit here. Michelle in service department is very nice and helpful and Sales team are very knowledgeable about there vehicles and help to get you a great deal. I went during a sales event and got the lowest price ever after shopping around for weeks. I definitely recommend them.
