ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AND SHAME By far, this is the WORST service that a person would expect to encounter. If I'm able to take the one star off, I would definitely do that for having the most disgusting and disappointing service EVER from individuals who claim themselves professional. There is no one ever available to answer your call during this difficult time when no possibility to walk-in for assistance. When sending an email, there is enormous delay in receiving a response and you get even more disappointed with the answers given (if you're lucky enough to get an answer). The only words to describe this kind of work is inadequacy, inefficiency, laziness, lack of professionalism, and redundancy. There's absolutely no HOPE to make the quality of work and communication better anytime soon or ever. The principals for better and quick service never exist in the Egyptian Consulate of Los Angels.

I never got any help from any Egyptian consulate. 1- they never respond/answer calls. 2- If I email they never respond. 3- I wonder if they can accomplish anything l. What is the purpose of having a consulate if they don’t do anything. I wish they can charge more money/anything and get better educated people that can accomplish things and provide better service. They make me ashamed from being Egyptian. I graduated dental school in the us and I can’t get my license until I get good standing paper from the Egyptian ministry of health. Terrible.
