Superb manager and maintenance service! These people are always ready to go an extra mile to help you. The apartments are very impressive too. Griffith Park is within walking distance, and the shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. The only downside is it's located on a very busy street, but that's what you get if you want to live in central LA.

Gotta give a shout out to Estela the manager. She is extremely caring and professional and gets every issue handled with a smile making it a pleasure to be a tenant. My unit was given a good remodel with modern upgrades. The neighborhood is pretty awesome, there is a gym onsite and most other tenants are friendly neighbors.
I have lived in this beautiful apartment home for over 5 years. The building itself is well taken care off, and all the apartments that I have been in- including mine have awesome views. The owners have recently given the common areas a decent make over- include a renovated gym. Gym is a bit small but the equipment is excellent. Over the years there has been a lot of turn over in the onsite manager. Most of the managers have been satisfactory- some have had a bit of attitude- but at the end of the day they have responded to maintenance requests pretty quickly. The current manager-Nina is by far the most personable and responsive. Nina's customer service has made this residential experience even better. If you are looking for an apartment- and you have some time- I'd suggest getting on the wait list- it is worth the wait.
I've lived in the Los Feliz Summit Apartments since August 2017 and love living here! The layout of my apartment is open and spacious and is beautifully maintain as is the entire building inside and outside and the atmosphere in the building is friendly and positive. Los Feliz Blvd. is surrounded by big stately evergreen trees and my apartment overlooks the San Gabriel and Verdugo Mountains, and the Glendale Valley. It's a heavenly view day and night. As mentioned, the building is well run by our management company who are always always responsive to the needs of the people who live here. Abraham and Otto, professionally supervised by our property manager, do excellent work as they take care of our building and the needs of all of us tenants. Add to their excellent work, they are always professional and friendly, too. Now I want to call special attention to Estela Quintero, our property manager. Ms Quinero is at the top my list for the best manager I've ever encountered during my years as a renter throughout the United States. She is professional, personable, caring, intelligent and possesses strong communication skills---a great listener, too. Ms. Quintero deals with whatever is necessary expediently. And, the swiftly and the quality of her work is excellent. What more can anyone want in a property manager? I can think of nothing. I'm thrilled that Ms. Quintero is our property manager and give her a grade of A.
