I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. I have a million reasons why, like how long it took them to close our pool, or lack of communication, but my biggest issue was a follow. We had our pool mastic replaced last summer and they did a terrible job!! The job looked like something a child did. Not to mention no one called to let us know they were coming out, so when we went to let our dog out we noticed we had dead birds stuck in the wet messy job. Our dog could have easily gotten her paws stuck When we called to have them come fix it they agreed it was not properly done. Still took them two weeks to come back out and then told us the color didn’t match and they would find a better one. I thought the white was fine, but hey I’m no professional so I trusted them. When I got home I realized they put a dark gray with our terracotta pool. So not only did they did not clean up any of the mess from their previous job of white mastic stains, all over our concrete and terracotta border we now have grey stains around that as well. We just opened our pool for the summer and it’s absolutely awful and embarrassing. Close to 1,000 down the drain!!

We switched to Lothorian a little over a year ago and we couldn't be happier that we did. Our previous pool company left a lot of things undone so Lothorian had their work cut out for them. They are EXCELLENT! They fixed problems the other company left unfixed for a year. Their service is exceptional, our tech is very nice and professional. He will answer any questions I ask and have the office get in touch with me for anything he doesn't handle. SO SO SO glad we found Lotharian.

I would like to thank Lothorian Pools and especially their service tech, Austin Potocki. We had a problem with cloudy water on the 4th of July with company expected. Austin came out and did his best to rectify the problem and our event was a great success. We are grateful to work with a company like Lothorian Pools that we can depend on. Lothorian renovated an existing inground pool at our residence several years ago and continues to maintain it for us. We are very pleased with the quality and service Lothorian Pools provides and have been from day one.

Hired them to open our pool when we first moved into our house (first pool we have had to take care of). Took over 2 months for the water to clear and the man who came out how no idea why. Even when it did clear it was never super clear, still cloudy and ting of green. He just kept adding more chlorine over multiple visits. We asked if we needed to replace the filter cartridges and he assured us that those were not the problem. We were cleaning the filters every week for an entire season (which is insane). Well, we hired a new company the following year who identified the filters as the problem--we updated them and everything worked perfectly. I am not sure how a small (and seemingly obvious, even to a pool novice) fix turned into a big mystery for an established pool company. We would have been better off watching a couple YouTube videos and doing it ourselves than paying this company thousands of dollars. Additionally, the man who came out refused to talk to me alone (would always ask if my husband was around). If my husband was not available he would leave and come back another time, which probably says even more about this company that the filter issue.
