Andy and his team are extraordinary at extending themselves to make certain your loved one has the exact care needed. He listens and follows through in a timely manner. I spoke with him on a Friday requesting care for my mom sometime the following week. I was flabbergasted he had a lovely care giver in place for Monday! Andy also extended himself to my mom directly, without hesitation to find out her specific thoughts/needs. Other care companies charge additional fees for this kind of service. This family run organization is top notch, treating your family as they would their own. I highly recommend Love In Home and I am delighted they take care of the Long Term Care Insurance billing at no additional cost. If I could give them 6 stars, I would

I was very impressed with Love In Home Senior Care and all of their staff. They were one of three referrals from Providence's Home Health Care bathing person once she was nearing the end of my dad's insurance covered service / care. Someone always answers the phone when you call. Leslie came out to do the assessment and my sister and I knew we found the right place. Gary and Kamilee were so wonderful. Although we were only in need of 'bathing' services they offer and continued to inquire if they could do anything else while they were on-site. We were not located \in-town\ and appreciated their ability to service us in a rural location yet still in Spokane County. Should we find we need services again, we WILL be contacting Love In Home Senior Care.
