Richard in the blinds installation department gave my partner and I a more than pleasant experience over the weekend. We came in unexpectedly to discuss the blind home installation process and although we changed our entire order than what was on file, he handled it better than perfect. Did not enforce masking. A group of people talking; one man with the mask under his chin, one nose out, two completely unmasked, one with the mask correctly worn. Service was subpar while picking up an item.

Not real familiar with Lowe's but found some of the stuff I needed. Looking for a certain brand of an item. Sales person very helpful.(sorry didn't catch his name). Very polite and knowledgeable! Took me exactly where I needed to go to find what I was looking for. Instead of just telling me an aisle number. Cashier was also very courteous and helpful. If I had this kind of experience every time ...i might think about shopping at Lowe's more often!
