As a former Lowe's associate I was very displeased about the absolute lack of actual assistance in some departments, currently waiting in plumbing for 20 minutes without a single department associate to assist in finding a simple tub spout, due to the the size being in another location from the other tub spouts. I do not blame the associates for this issue, more like the corporate structure of removing department managers and down sizing those that actually assist customers. The same problem happened at another store. I am aware that pressing the assistance button is usually a high priority but with the lack of coverage literally 15 minutes went by before an associate could help me find what I needed, simply in another location. Also that has a lot to do with store lay out which again is an issue with the higher ups. Hope they enjoy there lovely salaries over having sufficient employees.

Clean organized, Jobie in paint section is AWESOME. Some of the best retail workers in the area work this store. Keep up the good job.

Visited Lowes to buy a Whirlpool dryer during Labor Day sale. The biggest issue I have with this location is there is not enough Service Reps to help you. I did have a five minute wait but when I hit the call help button a gentleman came in a couple of minutes. He was extremely helpful and courteous. I purchased the extended warranty and he took time to explain all the details. He highlighted several things I needed to remember and explained each charge in detail. Something I didn't receive when I purchased my Whirlpool washer.
