We've had a lot of plumbing issues as of late, and we decided to go to Lowes for parts. We were helped multiple times by Robert in plumbing. He was knowledgeable and helped us find everything we needed, even walking us to multiple different departments to help us find just the right parts. He showed excellent customer service, and should be commended.

So I bought a stove and needed it delivered. 12-4 was the time frame. Lowes called and said it would be delivered between 1&2. At 2:30 I called and was told it would be 3 to 4 hours for delivery due to the weather. We live in the midwest so drivers and management should be aware of our climate and should call to let people know that the drivers are running behind. No apologies were given by management or delivery drivers ! They arrived at 4:30 with no apologies. The delivery was set for 12-4 and lowes made a phone call to tell us that the delivery would be between 1&2 so show up when you feel like it ! Complete failure of customer service!
