No cashier's at all and at least 10 people waiting for self checkout. The young lady at the self checkout was a trooper. Very polite and helpful. I've attached a couple of photos. One is of the line waiting to check themselves out. The other is the cash register area unmanned. Sad. I gave you 2 stars because of the young lady at the self checkout.

Most of the employees are customer service oriented. Products are great and prices appropriate. I got my wall to wall carpet there in January and just purchased a new refrigerator, the first came damaged when they unwrapped it, the 2 mean recommended I contact Lowe's. Lowe's had another one out the very next day. Installers were wonderful and very knowledgeable about the product.

Terrible experience. We ordered a fridge from this location for our tenants after theirs broke. The fridge arrived severely damaged and we sent it back, asking for a replacement. We called central Lowe’s HQ, they confirmed the same location had it in stock and would set it aside, and to expect a call from the floor manager. Manager never called. We have called multiple times and can’t get in touch with management. Person we spoke to now claims they might have sold the replacement to someone else. Our tenants are now one week without a fridge. Been on hold all morning. Do NOT buy here, absolutely terrible management and customer service.

Always well organized and helpful ... I always find what I need for my DIY projects. Only issue was I went to two Lowes and the lumber cut areas were closed at both. Sighhhhhhh
