Just bought a stove and dishwasher, we requested both to be installed and have the old items removed. The dishwasher went fine and was installed a week after we bought it. Now the stove on the other hand took 22 days to get here, annoying but fine. We were just informed either the salesman forgot to include installation or its not in there documents. So they just left it in the kitchen.

Please recognize employee Steve in the Garden / Outdoor Equipment area. He was extremely helpful assisting me in the purchase of a Patio Heater that was out of stock in Lowe's stores all over town. He advised me of pending deliveries and called me when one arrived. He also checked other stores to see if any were in stock. Starting a new addition to our home I felt kind of certain what we were going to do- I walked in to order some windows and doors and Jim was BEYOND helpful. He made my experience awesome. He spent his time with me talking about every single option, as well as what would be practical options. Walked me Around to show me all the different sizes and styles so I could visualize his ideas. He opened up my mind to so many ideas that I'm beyond excited to start this project with a whole new idea. I'll forever be grateful for his service knowing our addition is going to look so much better than we had originally thought. Highly recommend him if anyone is feeling stuck.
