I go in find what I want purchase it and done. Parking is great. Sales reps are well informed, pleasant, detail oriented. If somethings not in stock they order it let you know when it is expected set up pick-up or delivery date right then and there or offer you to try another store.

I would just like to let everybody know that there is this awesome guy named Matt(Lowe’s Westland Mi) in the Appliance Dept(washer and dryer area) who was very helpful, kind and polite and has helped me looked for(in less than 10minutes)the washer I needed. He made my day!!! Thank you, Matt!!! Keep up the good work!!!

The service was awesome!! I didn't feel like any questions were a dumb question!! These 2 guys were absolutely great! I wrote there names on my receipt but can't seem to find it!! Man these guys were so good to us. Older white guys. 1 from bathroom an other from lighting!! Totally helpful and explained EVERYTHING

friendly staff and well stocked location! my husband and I spoke with a lovely woman in plumbing who was very helpful with our questions regarding a part. There were many available employees who were more than willing to help out! I love going to a location where the employees are friendly when you ask questions!

I always shop at Lowes, too me they have a great variety of products. Also, during covid they were one of the only stores that kept their merchandise in stock! Their garden center is full of beautiful flowers and all your landscaping needs. I am a military wife of a disabled vet and I appreciate the designated parking for disabled veterans!!
