EDIT DEC 22,2020. Today I received a call from a gentleman in the mill work department. He called to apologize for the issue with the doors. I did cancel my order and was refunded and I also purchased doors at a different store. But I wanted to update that at least I got a call apologizing. They are also mailing a 50 gift card. Now that doesn't help with my doors. But it was nice to be heard and given a call. I originally had a 1 star and would have been zero if I could. But I updated based off the phone call today. Much appreciation for that call. Original review: No communication on orders call and get poor customer service. I got told wait till 8pm because it could still come. I ordered 1600 in 8 interior doors and another 400 on a custom blind for are picture window. First my order delivery got pushed an extra week. No call to tell us nothing. I had to call to find out myself. Now a week later still no call on delivery call the store they still haven't received my doors to deliver in 1 day from now. Can't get answer on status of doors nothing. Then my blind was suppose to be here today and nothing I called store they can't give me a status can't explain where my product is right now nor when I will get it. I called corporate and they couldn't give me any information on my order or status. So I get to sit back and hope my 2000 order shows up. This is unacceptable. Had no issue taking my money but now have no answer for where my stuff is. I would recommend you place your order with a different store or company. I will be going somewhere else for now on. I would give them a zero star if I could.

We chose Lowes for new hardwood floors. After starting the process months ago, we finally got a measurement service out as none they used wanted to come out to our house, 45 minutes to an hour north of the store on M25. When the wood arrived, it was dropped at the head of our drive 1/8 mile from the house. If not for the help of the JB Hunt subcontractor operating the power fork lift, it would still be on the ground outside being stormed on today. After a Lowes store associate told us to expect the installation 3 to 4 days after delivery, we received a call this morning that installation would be December 21st. Now I have a living and dining room full of wood for the holidays. If this is how Lowes treat high dollar sales, they should be ashamed. My husband had to carry wood into the house, so much for paying for delivery. In a just world, our delivery should be refunded and installation severely discounted but I'm doubtful of Lowe's commitment to its customers. Save yourself, GO TO HOME DEPOT!

Ordered a Generator which was coming from a vendor. Neither the store or corporate customer service was any help. Shift manager at the Fort Gratiot store was very rude and condiscending. Cancelled my order due to lowes not caring to solve the problem. Just lies and empty promises. If your gonna offer a service to the public you should be able to deliver.

I love shopping at Lowe's. They take back items without giving you third degree, the store is clean and there's always someone to help me. I buy all of my appliances and flooring at Lowe's.

Went in looking for specific items. Found said items and was not in the aisle for more than a few minutes before an employee was there asking if we needed any help finding what we were looking for. He then stayed right with us answering our questions and give us ideas till we had everything we needed. Great service!
