I would like to write, that the managment has updated the training, or something big has changed. Seems many more associates are on the floor now, and all seem really enthusiastic to help. Pleasant surprise. Not that it was bad before, just seemed understaffed.

Curbside pick up: The length of time for orders to be pooled has gotten better. However I would have to say that the app in to work for the employees might need to pay attention to notifications of curbside pick up. I did wait approximately 15 minutes before calling into the store to notify the curbside pick up is that I was here for my items. Amy brought out my purchases and was very polite and apologetic for the delay. She did advise me that the app does not notify inside the store. Seriously! Lowe’s! Go follow the model of Target stores and how they manage their curbside pick up.

I never met a hardware store i didn't like. Now having said that, you're all familiar with Lowes by now. I'm heading there today as a matter of fact. I bought a sliding compound miter saw for myself and I'm going to get the stand..

when in the other day for some small odds and ends, but after walking around Lowes offers some good deals, I walk out of Lowes feeling like I got some deals. The staff was great help not one unfriendly face everyone willing to help and find whatever I was searching for even if it wasn't there department. I'd like to thank the garden staff for always helping me.
