Went here today to purchase an appliance dolly and everyone inside was so very super helpful. I asked where they were kept and someone took me right to where they were shelved. Good price too. 129.00 out the door and it is perfect for my needs. Customer service is great and everyone again is very, very, helpful.

This was the worst experience of customer service. I ordered online and elected curb-side pickup. On my way to the store (after getting confirmation my order was ready) I used the app to let them know I was \on my way\. Upon arrival the first issue was that there wasn't a dedicated curbside pickup area. The app wanted me to tell it what space, but there were no numbers spaces. So I just checked in. After waiting 15 minutes I called the curbside pick up number, but no one answered. Tried a few more times with the same result. Finally (I've been here nearly 30 minutes now) I give up and go into the store to the customer service desk. They explained that \the girl with the phone\ was wandering the store and didn't know what to do. They looked up my order and informed me that it was at the back of the store in lumber and that I should drive around back. So get back in my truck and drive around back. Long line at the cash register so I wait. While waiting I notice the cart with my stuff. When I finally get to the cashier I tell him I'm there to pick it up. He says he can't do that, I have to go to customer service in the FRONT of the store. I say he must be mistaken because they sent me to him. Nope, he's a complete idiot. So I go back up front. They confirm to me that he is an idiot and tell me to go to the counter right next to where the idiot was standing. So now I return to the BACK of the store, find someone semi-competent to complete my purchase. Then take the lumber to the truck and load it myself. I guess curbside at Lowe's means they just kick you to the gutter.
A great place to go get your project materials but go out of their way to inform you on the products or help you find that what you're looking for.
If you want a small project to take months longer then it should have install guys that have no idea what they are doing I would highly reccomend this Lowes! I have holes in my brand new fence and it is all dinged up because a second crew had to come fix the mistakes of the first. There was over a foot on the bottom his solution to keeping the dogs in was landscaping around the fence. The customer service never gets back to you either you have to call 3-4 times a week and maybe with in a few months you can hear from them.
