Employees were polite & helpful. I purchased 12 boxes of smartcore floor tile & 2 reducers / edges. Loved the tile but matching reducers / edges were totally unsatisfactory. My installer couldnt get them to snap snug in place & they caused a tripping hazard. So, he had to remove them & I chased over town to find a suitable edge. When I returned the 3 unopened boxes of tile to the store (the day after purchase), I also attempted to return the two reducers / edges. I explained that the floor tile was wonderful but the reducers were unsatisfactory and possibly defective. Employees refused to refund for the reducers saying they had been opened & installed. And they couldn’t resell them. Now I ask: Why would I go to the trouble of installing & then ripping out these reducers if they were satisfactory? I had kept & installed 9 boxes of tile. Tile needs an edging and this edging had not worked. How could I have possibly known the problem with the edging without first attempting to install it? Why would Lowes want to resell something that a customer had a problem with? I have lost a great deal of faith in Lowes.

The young lady who checked me out was wonderful. But explain why on a Saturday evening before 8pm you have your garden center gates closed? I understand if you have no one to run the register but give me the opportunity to look at the plants inside and outside of the gates without having to walk all the way to the main entrance and out! Due to the usual summer Saturday crowds and the heat I waiting til a little after 7pm to shop in the garden center. Probably spent only half of what I had planned to because the gates were locked.

Great location that is never too packed. We have bought numerous products from this location such as a front door and screen, lawn mower, Kobalt double stacked rolling tool chest, and of course small items such as charcoal and hinges. The cleanliness and service is what keeps us going back; in addition to their Veterans discount.
