Lucky is THE PLACE to shop! The Covid hours stink, but definitely worth making the hours work. Focus is specialty products for high yield crops. It’s not fancy... it’s a warehouse, but if you’re a gardener they are a one stop shop. If they don’t have it, they’ll get it or even better... find it! They’re busy. There are often lines but the ladies there are incredibly helpful. Note, they are focused commercial growers so sizes carried reflect that. Also, I would recommend doing some basic research on what you’re needing / looking for before you go.

Went in to see what supplies they offered because I’m trying to set up a dwc system and was standing at the from counter for 20 min with 2 employees by the counter without them asking if I needed help. Had to ask for help and when I did I was brushed off from employee to employee with no one answering any questions I had. My experience was a complete lack of customer service. Would not recommend.
Great costumer service. Also, great for getting your growing needs
I give a 4 star because of the selection and prices. It took forever to check out however.
