Awesome group of people, work well has a team. Did me a great deal on a trade for a CVO couldn’t be touched on price. Added apes and pipes, they had it done same day, a very busy Saturday. I know three bikes sold while I was there, thank y’all very much for the badass ride and great buying experience.

I DON'T do reviews but this has to be heard/said. This is my 2014 Street Glide Special that I purchased from LUMBERJACK HD in Nacogdoches about 6 moths ago... so WHY am I reviewing Mancuso? Simple, John, in service is amazing. This bike has a complete stage one (when I bought it) but the heavy breather was installed incorrectly. I have a ton of documentation showing that LUMBERJACK FAILED TO FIX MY BIKE UNLESS I WAS THREATENING COURT. The manager at Mancuso, she told me to come over and talk to John. \We will definitely take care of you\. This is EXACTLY what they did. The heavy breather, AGAIN, was having issues so they fix it RIGHT. They (Mancuso) also adjusted my headlights (didn't ask), installed a tender on the bike (didn't charge me) detailed and done correct. John showed me everything Lumberjack did (scratches TRYING to fix their own issue). John said he would put a tender on the bike and just bring him mine to swap out. Who, as a company, does this for customers, all the while understanding that covid effected everyone. Mancuso is a business that makes you feel like your bike is the most important bike in the shop. EVERY MINOR DETAIL is checked and noted. Thank you Mancuso and I HOPE YOU SEND THIS TO LUMBERJACK HD so they can learn what a real dealership does for customers. Mancuso has helped me above and beyond and I didn't buy this bike from them but it will for now on be serviced ONLY HERE!. I decided to post my MANCUSO review on Lumberjack in hopes that people read this. please stay away from them. GO TO MANCUSO for anything. (This is a picture of my bike in the bay of Mancuso who is FIXING Lumberjack's lack of commitment to their own customers) (For some reason it won’t let me respond). I would like to say these people are the best people to buy from. I'm mute (cant talk) I brought a bike in to get worked on ended up buying a new bike from them and keeping my old bike. Mark, Robyn, and Morgan went out their way to assist me through text (because I cant talk on the phone) helping me get everything set up and worked around my issues to get me my new bike and insurance, sending me website info. I am a first time buyer from the dealership and they made sure I was comfortable. I want to thank y'all guys for working with me and I will keep doing business with y'all.

Amazing place, the staff is just awesome. An honest mistake with a tire for my 2018 FLHXS lead to this service department showing just how dedicated they are to what they do; everyone from the service manager (Mark) who set everything up, to the porter (Nick) who picked up my bike, to the tech (CC) who did the work and delivered my bike in the end went out bbn if their way to make sure I was taken care of. I can't recommend this place enough.
