Their positive reviews are well earned. I've worked with Trey from Lutz Plumbing twice now and both times my experiences were top notch. Professional service, personable technician who was more than happy to walk me through the work being done and answer any questions I had, and most importantly a quality end product. These guys are my go-to from here on out. Pricing is (based on quotes I've gotten) similar to other options, but with a considerably better experience and quality of work. Can't recommend them enough.

Lutz was fantastic to work with. Their communication and customer service focus really are amazing. I called them recently for a minor issue, they quickly coordinated a time to come to my house to fix. Before the appointment time, I got a call from the technician (Brent) and then immediately also got a text with Brent's profile with the company. It included a picture of what he looked like, his experience level, and hobbies he enjoys. This is a very unique touch from a customer service standpoint, to send a picture and profile like this so I knew what to expect as a customer. Brent quickly reviewed my issue, explained their up-front pricing approach (so I didn't have hidden fees after work was done), and then promptly resolved my issue. I would highly recommend Lutz for any plumbing needs!
I'm glad I chose Lutz for my new tankless water heater and a few plumbing repairs. Scott was great to work with and completed everything in a timely manner. I will definitely use Lutz again for future plumbing needs
