I was referred to Mr. Lynch when I needed to get some probate documents from the 1990s. I had used a workplace benefit for a consultation, and while sometimes I do not get great service from people who accept this benefit, Mr. Lynch treated me as well as any high-paying client who strided into his office would expect. He quickly accessed my need over the phone and was able to send me the information I required within the hour. He was also pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable about probate law. I contacted Atty Lynch for my filing of chapter 7. He gave me a 30 min free consultation and assured me that he will take care of my case. After I paid my fees, he scheduled a discussion with me after I submitted all my documents. When I came in he coldly told me that I wouldn’t qualify for a chapter 7 and that I have to look for another lawyer to take my case. I asked him if I can get a refund, he said there will be no refund since he already did some work on my case. What a scammer! Don’t even contemplate on calling this lawyer! I went to another lawyer and he was able to file for me and got my case approved for bankruptcy. Beware...
