This place normally gives military discounts. Walked in once and they said they stopped giving the 20% off discount. I called the general manger and found out that its true, but he said he’d honor a 20% off discount whenever I come back to shop. Sure enough, he honored his word, but today I went in trying to purchase socks for my girlfriend and he said they’d only give 5% off and laughed at me saying, “it kind of depends on whose the manager thats working” What a joke! Not shopping here anymore....

Two stars because of the inconsistency of customer service. One day, employees are kind and helpful. The literal next day, employees act like you are the bane of their existence for coming into the store and having the audacity to buy something. Idk they are moving into the mall when they can’t get it straight at their current location.

Was very disappointed with customer service. I went to buy basketball shoes today (Sept 21 at 9:20am). After waiting a few minutes, someone asked if I needed help. After getting me a pair of shoes that didn't fit, she was nowhere to be found. Stood there a few minutes looking bewildered while at least 2 employees walked by and avoided eye contact rather than ask if I needed help. I do not think it is too much to ask for someone to stay with a customer, and there were literally 10 or fewer customers in the entire store.
