If you’re like me, you need your tech working every time you reach for it. M6iT not only makes sure that’s the case from the get go, but anytime there’s an issue they make sure they get you back up and running ASAP. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with at M6 has been incredibly professional, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about any issues I’ve run across. They’ve worked around the clock to get our company up and running, and to keep it that way. I feel supported by them, and I know anytime I have issues, they’ll be able to securely and easily troubleshoot. Know that you’ll be paying an iT company that supports you, and won’t give you the run around.

At The Tillary Hotel, we have been working with M6IT for 4 years. Right before the hotel opening, we hired M6IT to resolve the many infrastructure issues we were left with from the previous company. Needless to say, they worked day and night to resolve all issues so that we were able to open the hotel on the scheduled date. They take deadlines were seriously and can basically do what very little companies do: they commit to delivering a flawless product. Through out the years, the team has proven to be dedicated and available for all our needs. When we are not calling them, they are calling us to make sure everything is running smoothly. With a quick phone call or email, they are responsive to any issues at hand in the quickest turn around time. They even do a great job communicating with our other vendors when projects overlap as to make sure we are taking the best route. This is the company you want to hire as they have a great business mindset, work ethics, expertise in their field and most importantly reliable. Companies like these are hard to come by! I hired M6IT for the company email migration and they handled it with the most extreme professionalism and honesty. They handled the project with no down time at all which was a great for us and our business without trying to sale us extra services that we did not need. They handled out migration to our new Office 365 with easy and total worry free on our end. PS: do your self a favor and stay away from GoDaddy - Office 365. They have restrictions and limitations that prevent you from getting full advantage from your Office 365 experience.
