You can call ahead by a full day for a refill, and you still end up waiting. It's ridiculous. Every single time. Transferring over to a different pharmacy.

Very professional staff. Was in and out very quickly. Make sure to call ahead to have your prescription filled or it will not be ready. They don't fill it if you don't ask for it even if it's a new prescription from the doctor. I like that about this pharmacy

The lady pharmacist was outright rude & disrespectful. And the older man (tech) at the front who helped me was also extremely rude & disrespectful as well! I really like to support local but with all of the bad customer service I'm receiving here I'm thinking of switching pharmacies!

I recently stopped in looking for a specific piece of medical equipment that I was unable to find at some of their competitor's locations. The store was a bit larger and better stocked, and the service was fantastic as well. Not only did I have what I was after (and had a hard time finding elsewhere), but they even had many different sizes, colors, and options. Great store with a lot of selection, and a friendly helpful staff. I'll definitely be back.

I have never had worse customer service than at Maag’s! Their staff is rude and disrespectful and prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. They have called multiple times to say a medication is ready for pickup and then when we arrive they say it is not ready yet. Avoid taking your business here!
