Got new car from there.Today James help get the car. If need a used car this is best place to go. It dont take long get approved less then hour. I had very good experience. I will be bring my people there. It not like other car dealers. They sell junk cars and roll the miles on it said have less then 50 000 on it but really got over 1500000 on it. People l know got them buy here pay here they good at that.

Beware of the extra 3 percent that the dealership’s service department charges to use a debit or credit card. I spoke to them several times on the phone about the repairs needed for the vehicle. Not once did they mention that.Then when I arrive I am charged an extra 52.00 for having to use my card for a 1,370 dollar repair bill. This is bad business. Especially when you are from out of town and can’t get funds locally. I was livid!!!!!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service from the parts department, dealt with Templar and such an amazing experience. As someone who works in this industry I know how most dealerships can be, but Templar was such a kind courteous change of pace and it was a quick easy painless process to order a part and if I ever need more hyundai parts they are now saved in my phone book! Cannot praise them enough, legitimate 10/10
