First Time Home Buyer- Don made it not only easy, but stress free, and fun. He makes you feel like family, and treats you as such. I had no doubts that he was professional and knowledgeable about everything inside and outside of my home. I received my report back the next day, and he included me in all of the discussions and showed me his concerns. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do this good of a job.

Don was fun and knowledgeable. He kept us entertained and educated us on the updates needed in the home we are planning on buying. Couldn’t have picked a better inspector. He clearly knows what he’s doing and was very helpful in helping us prioritize the important fixes vs the easier fixes. This will make closing on this hope so much easier and with peace of mind that we will be in a safe home.
If you are a first time home buyer, Don is your guy! He went room by room with us answering our questions and explaining what he say. He was extremely kind and patient with us. We are first time home buyers and going in I was extremely nervous. Thanks to him I felt a lot more confident. He took the time to show us how to fix issues and what we should be asking for from the buyers, a BIG HELP. It's rare you meet someone genuinely interested in helping people than trying to meet a quick buck. I can not recommend him enough!!
Don inspected a home I was planning to purchase. He was extremely thorough in the inspection and found several issues that needed repair before moving forward with the purchase. He was very easy going, funny and most importantly knowledgeable in the inspection. He explained things clearly and completely, answering all of my questions. He took me through the home room by room going over structural and/or cosmetic concerns. His report was on point with everything we discussed. I highly recommend Don. He did an awesome job.
