I absolutely LOVED my experience with this place! Christine and the gentleman that was shadowing her were awesome! She was great at explaining the financing process and finding the best options for me. Thanks to the amazing customer service that was provided, I was able to drive off the lot with a brand new Mitsubishi Mirage. I will definitely be working with them again! :)

They are sending everyone the same pull-snaps. Don’t believe them. It’s totally fake! I asked them “is this fake?”, the answer “no it’s not you can touch it”, “so I got the prize give me my 10K” “no this is an example what you get”. So it’s fake! I’d never shop here!
5 days ago I took my friend here to look for a used car. I was appalled that NO ONE was wearing a mask. Not the staff and not the customers. I realize they have limited control over customers but they could post a “mask required for entry” sign. The manager, who had a legit reason for talking to us, told us that he had had COVID and developed antibodies, so he didn’t need to wear a mask . WRONG! Post-illness antibodies last for varying lengths of time. On top of that, they have by called my friend 6 times in 5 days trying to get him to buy a car they showed him (one that was barely acceptable in my view). RUN THE OTHER WAY
Unfortunately my experience did not go well at Mad City Mitsubishi. I was very clear with what I wanted and the budget I wanted to stay within over the phone and was told they had vehicles that fit within my parameters. I went in under this pretense and when I arrived they tried to sell me everything besides what I was seeking and was told they had in stock. After we came to an impass they suddenly found a vehicle that I was told was in my BUDGET and everything I was looking for. Let me be clear, I asked multiple times to ensure this vehicle was in my budget. They sent me for an extended test drive and let me keep the vehicle over night which was nice. I became very fond of this car and was likely to purchase it regardless of the mouse nest, poop, and dead mouse that was found. It wasn't until I brought the vehicle back only to find out my time was completely wasted when I found out this vehicle was 5,000 - 10,000 over my budget. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the situation. The people there are not bad people, just bad at business. If you know what you want and a price range you won't budge from do not go here.
Everyone has to get their next car far from here! Christine was amazing go in and ask for her!! I just had a not so good experience at 2 other dealerships and this one turned me around and got me right! 10/10 will go again, highly recommend.
Christine was amazing!! Very professional, the process was stress free, I have never been so at ease in a car dealership. Having Christine made all the difference, she was so wonderful! She really cares about you and your car!
My experience was fantastic Thanks to Christine! Seriously can't say enough about her. She made the whole process simple and fast. Getting financing was a breeze. We were out the door in new car fast, much faster than previous experiences with other dealers.
My husband and I worked with David Yanke today and everything was great. David was personable and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and helped us pick out a vehicle that was right for us. The rest of the staff was very nice also. Yes, I would recommend going to Kunes Country Mitsubishi of Madison!
