It was a great experience. They completed the initial inspection and needed to get parts. They kept me updated and called to confirm night before and day of. They offers a good tracking so you know when the technician will arrive. Jeremy was very professional; knowledgeable, and helpful.

I don't write many reviews, but Jeremey W. definitely deserves one! He was extremely professional and spent after hours with us to fix our fireplace. When he first showed up he put booties on (even though he didn't have to) and help us troubleshoot our fireplace to the n'th degree. He was willing to work late and diagnosed the entire unit (Astria Sirius direct vent) to make sure everything was working properly, ended up fixing our fireplace just in time for a Christmas party. Highly recommended service!

I don't write many reviews because it takes time and most of the time, service is just ok. Today was an exception! Lucas came to fix our gas fireplace and all I can say is....we will use this company (requesting Lucas) to service our A/C, duct cleaning and our fireplace (if needed). He was super professional, explained everything as he was working and was a young man that we felt really comfortable having in our home!
