I used to appreciate this place. Evidently though, they don't appreciate/respect their customers. Tonight, even though every customer I saw was responsibly wearing a mask, the lady (manager/owner??) behind the desk, dealing with customers was not. Since she has no concern for the health and well being of those that come into this establishment- I will take my business to someone that does.

Tried to go fax documents today. Wasn't going through initially. I offered to wait while she attended to other clients and we try again but she seemed impatient and frustrated. All I had to do is go down the street to find very patient professional help and the fax went through for me. I have been going here for long time now and miss the previous management. I'll save myself the trouble of ever going there again.

A young gentleman by the name of Austin was sitting at the front desk as I entered he politely asked "how can I help you?" I needed a very important document notorized which may seem like something simple but considering my own bank (BoA - that I've done business with for 37 years and that my mother retired from) turned me away made getting this task done just a little more frustrating, but then I found Mail Copy of America who was quite a bit more personal and willing to help. You can't a business that has good practices with personality.

RIP OFF! The customer service needs to be improved. I have gone to this place twice looking for a good deal to mail packages but have received none. Their prices are considerably higher than at the actual shipping carriers stores'. They also don't inform you of all your available options unless you ask specifically (USPS priority mail flat rate). It's like they intentionally want you to pay more. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because it is very convenient to have all the major shipping companies available to choose from in one place.

The customer service is very sub par. Staff cannot handle working under pressure. The old bat usually working doesn't know what she's doing and is always rude. They lost a loyal customer (drop-off packages, not hard) because of poor communication and terrible customer service.
