Convenient and local UPS store on Sycamore Road. This location has always been really efficient and helpful when it comes to my shipping needs. For me, it’s super helpful to use this location for Amazon Returns and in most cases, the customer doesn’t even need to include their own packing materials. This is because Amazon and UPS have a great arrangement that really benefits Amazon customers.

WOW! I was charged 2.11 to print one sheet of paper. 2.00 because they had to push the USB drive into the computer and 0.11 for the copy.
I brought in a care package to send my husband in Mexico. The lady working went thru all the items with me and there was no problem. Then my package sits in customs for weeks. Finally they return it back to me. I was never told the exact reasons why it couldn't get to my husband and they never refunded my money! Almost 200 wasted. I will never use them again.
Stood in line for 10 minutes (with 6 people behind me and one worker) only to have my turn and find out they had no standard bubble mailers. I had just shipped 20 binders from the Geneva's UPS store and that had plenty of mailers to get my shipment out. Worth the drive to Geneva.
