This place has been holding my mail for over a week. Christmas presents. The owner says I must come there at 4pm. My wife had a verbal altercation with one of the clerks. I am 74 year old disabled vet and my wife is trying to get off prescription drugs. I cannot leave her alone and we have no family here. I went there 3 times. Still no mail. I don’t even have an account there anymore. The whole problem is one of the clerks treats her customers based on how she feels that day. We’ve dealt with them for at least 5 years. I question the whole operation now, the owner is not a u.s. citizen and doesn’t seem to be able to get citizenship. Post office was little help, fill out complaint forms. Police say they will look into it. Don’t go there.

"WHY SHIP ANYWHERE ELSE?" Mailman Joeys located at 4100 N Wickham Rd Ste 107A, Melbourne FL is the go-to resource for packing, shipping, printing and business service needs of the residents and businesses of Melbourne, FL. Our team of dedicated, professionally trained experts understands the meaning of Super-Star Customer Care—we focus on saving you time and money by ensuring you get the right products and services at the right price—in a single, quick visit. Above was pulled directly from website which is why I went but it's all lies. Terrible customer service - rude and frustrated when I was trying to get what I needed but they apparently do not have the same stuff as the post office, definitely not "Super-Star Customer Care" Saving Time - had nothing I needed to ship 2 small packages. Not a single box was presented to me that wasn't 6x the size of my item, no time was saved, I needed to go elsewhere. Saving money - I was quoted 16 to send the exact same package that the post office charges me 8.33 to ship. And was told by the employee that there is an up charge because it's a small business and needs to make money. How can you in good conscience put that you save people money when there is a direct upcharge? I understand paying more for convenience but as you saw above, it was not convenient. You can read my past reviews, it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. I'm a small business owner as well and I'm way more likely to take the time to praise great service then condemn bad. Everyone can take things differently and have different ways of doing things and not everything is made to be loved by everyone. But this place struck a nerve since their reason to ship there on their very own website was a complete lie.

Mailman Joey’s packed and shipped a truck tailgate to Colorado for me, not inexpensive but they gave me a 20% discount up front. UPS delivered, but damage to tailgate was the result. I contacted Mailman Joey’s, sent pics and Hank contacted me. They reimbursed about a third of the cost. This company stands behind their service.

Mailman Joey's helped me out with getting a stamp for a letter by paying one stamp for free. Thank you.

There are so many pack and ship style places in the area. As rude and discourteous the two employees I had the misfortune of coming in contact with were, this will be the last one I'd ever attempt to use again. 12-15-20 10:15am
