We have been in there a couple of times and both times the staff has been incredibly rude. The last time they wouldn't even allow us to bring our dog in to get a treat on our walk. We will never do business there now.
Had a great experience here today. First time shopper and they had the cat food and litter brands I buy. The gentlemen who checked me out also helped me to my car. Will be back!
Always helpful. Makes special orders and knows about all their products and helpful about your animals needs. I go there to support their business and local small businesses. They have the best grain free dog biscuits available, even tiny ones.

They are helpful and fast at finding what I needed. I bought the wrong spray and they let me return it, no problem. I had 2 dog tags made in like 5 minutes. They are tinkly and cute. Ha ha. My dogs have fleas. I guess northern California has a flea problem.
