I called and talked to Kayla, Mr. Malls assistant, who I later found out is also his daughter. She was getting into the law too much and gave me a hard time about paying when I hadn't even gotten through to the lawyer yet. Money should not even have been discussed before finding out if the lawyer would do any work for me. Ridiculous. She can't even have respect for a potential client I hung up on her.
