This branch is packed and not enough service rep to help. 1 service box is empty and Manager and Assistant Manager office is empty. Maybe just got in the wrong day but Long wait for service. Annoyed waiting customer looks in the lobby.

Always looong lines. Came in one day for a cashier's check. Woman at the front desk greeted me, asked my needs, took one look behind her at the line, and decided to walk to the back and arrive 5 minutes later with my check. Fantastic luck!

I usually have a great experience at Navy Fed but this location is the exception. I understand that theirs problems going around but that doesn't have to stop you from having good customer service.

Great staff that is accommodating and happy to help me with all my questions and requests. Navy Federal is so convenient and easy even my parents opened up a business account with them. My whole family banks with them. Highly recommend!!
