Georgie (Shitzu) had a smile on his face for hours. He loves it there. They did a great job in grooming him. They followed my instructions to a tee. I would highly recommend this place although it might not be Austin's best kept secret much longer with so many great reviews! Great job guys!
When I called to make an appointment I got a voice mail, left a message to see when I could get an appointment. Within 3 days I got a return call from them and was able to get an appointment set up for the following weekend. I asked what the cost would be and was told a price. Took my Yorkie that morning for her set appointment and was told it would take about 3 to 4 hours. It took about 4 hours. When I picked my Yorkie I asked how much and the price had increased another 5 dollars. I told them I was told it would be 5 less and they said it was that price. Then I pulled out my debit card and was told that I would be charged an additional amount because their card machine automatically charges your account an additional fee to use it. I asked if I used a check would i be charged that additional fee and was told no. I didn't bring my check book, so I had no choice. I advise them they needed to tell people in advance of their credit ard fees so people would be aware. The lady said she would pass that on. The saving grace was my Yorkie had a nice grooming. But to change the price and not honor what I was told plus the credit card fee was very unreasonable. The price increased by almost 10.00 more. There went the tip.
Great service, I upgraded to the de shedding bath and they did amazing. My dog was barely shedding for days after the bath. They give a cute lil bandana and they cut my dogs nails amazingly. Most places barely cut them and the staff at Pride & Groom cut them perfect and short. They know what they are doing. My dog is walking much more happily after getting her quarantine long nails cut. Definitely coming back here. Update! I have returned and again they did an amazing job! The staff here is so nice and great and they do an amazing job! This will be my girls forever groomers!
