I have to say Manpower here in Fernley has got to be the best place to seek employment! Nicole is extremely professional and very fast at handling all paperwork and submitting any forms that needed to be processed. Helped me negotiate my pay and explained my position extremely well. I told this company I had marijuana (thc) in my system, they sent me for a urine test... at first I was told it was inconclusive, they later said it contained thc and I was banned for a year. I told them multiple times before taking I'd be testing positive for that before the test, my question is why did they send me a job that frowned upon thc in your system? They set me up for failure, that's the only reason that makes sense. Being in Nevada I'm told they can't test for that, man was I wrong. Nevada is a right to work state, otherwise ran by business owners with no moral ethics that can fire you for no reason. Clearly neither do the women who work in this location, they knew I was going to test positive for thc....I told them I would before the urine test, yet they still sent me there and now I'm banned for a year lmao thanks Manpower for being upstanding citizens in this God awful town (that was sarcastic, they are not upstanding citizens).
