We supplied Mapleridge with plans for a remodel and quote. The response we received was extremely odd so I'm not sure if Scott was having a bad day or if there is something wrong with the management of this company. Either way I'd consider another builder.
As a HVAC subcontractor who started in the trade in 1987 I have worked for many contractors and witnessed many ways a construction project can have setbacks and problems. Mapleridge Construction is the best I have worked with to date. To build anything is a dynamic event with the ultimate cost and quality of results totally dependent on good communication, smart scheduling and respectful and ethical way of resolving of the occasional but inevitable dispute. Because of these qualities I highly recommend Mapleridge construction.
