I was recently in the market for my first boat and yes, there are many options out there for center consoles in the 21 ft. range, but the Mako name led me to Tom and Margarita Yacht Sales where Tom was a major reason why I made the decision to purchase from Margarita. As a first time boat owner, the relationship after the sale was critical for me and was part of my decision making process. Tom has been great with engine updates, installations, and accessory upgrades - he and his team are very trustworthy and very helpful. He gave me an honest and detailed description of the boat and of the sellers expectations. Tom was also a great resource when I needed one. He helped me find a trailer at a great price, he connected me with a local mechanic who was familiar with the boat, and he even provided accurate weather updates prior to my sea trial. I traveled all the way from California to make this purchase so I had plenty to be nervous about. Tom was there every step of the way. Strongly recommend doing business with Tom. Hes been great from start to finish with the purchase of my first Mako. He continues assisting me with all the info and contacts for repairs, upgrades, and just knowledge on the water. Tom is a great person to work with and makes the process enjoyable because he someone that loves what he does.
