Not Me

Picking out the set was very easy and the buying process was good. 1 guy came to set up a playset that looks to me like two ppl should have set it up. The area where the swingset was installed was level and large enough for the set. The guy installed it in a bad position and the slide dumps out right on the landscape timbers. The beam that holds the swings is crooked and not squared against the tower. We have asked for a call back and received no answer as to what they are going to do. Meanwhile we cannot use a playset that we paid for. It is high quality at a great price but the install team needs some work. The guy also smoked the entire time he was installing it. Update// Sent out a different installed to move the set back. He did a good job and installed it correctly. After checking the work I noticed a large chunk was taken out of the ladder. The installer said I would not notice it one I stained it. I also noticed that some of the support screws are missing.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing from Play Nation. I did some research prior to settling on this company, along with a family friends recommendation. We took advantage of their demo sale. We purchased the stain from the showroom since it was a weathered outdoor set on the floor we purchased. After one coat of stain, it looks brand new. The showroom is very laid back with many options. The guys working there were not over-bearing sales people but clearly laid out all the information we needed to know. The installation was a breeze. The gentleman who came to install it had a clear line of communication the day before and was even early the morning of installation. He showed me the best place he recommended for it and it has been great. We are very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend Play Nation. The bad reviews are a little baffling to me. We've had zero issues so far. Of course you have to stain and seal wood that is outdoors 24/7 to preserve it. Thats sorta a no-brainer there and was very clearly told to us when we purchased it.

Customer service is great when it comes to sales. However, the installation was less than acceptable. Despite giving then an exact diagram of how to install it, they still did it wrong. The playground was installed with screws sticking out of a lot of places. They brought the wrong color slides first time around. The guys installing it left cigarettes all over my backyard.

So far my experience online shopping and researching the choices have been great. Heading to see it in person and pay. Very excited. UPDATE: Got a set and scheduled delivery and set up. One man, Alex, came and did the entire install alone. Amazing feat as this is a very large set. Excellent customer service. Accessories came and perfect. I noticed 2 months after install that we had split beams. I took pics and emailed them. Thwy sent Alex out imemduately and replaced every beam I showed and then some! **Do not forget to seal the set within 6 months of age/use. Very very important part of the directu8ns and warranty, so pay close attention to calendar. I HAVE SINCE refered 4 families to Marietta Playnation!
