I'm so impressed with this company and its employees! It's so good to know that customer service is still out there. Missy was my point of contact in the office. She was so helpful and all my phone calls, text messages and questions were answered within less than 2 minutes! She also helped me with the financing part of my project. Brian and Matthew were my installers. They installed a Tankless Water Heater and they were incredible - efficient, knowledgeable, and at the end of the install, my garage was cleaner than when they started. I called this company on a Sunday after finding a leak. They were at my house within 1 hour. If you ever need a plumber - do not hesitate to call them. You will be as impressed as I am! I guarantee!

I called Plumb Doctor to install a gas valve behind my stove. The technicians, Ken and another gentlemen (don't remember his name, sorry), showed up on time and were SUPER helpful. They took their time to explain what was needing to be done, and took the time to even check my hot water heater and show me where my gas connect was to the house. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future!!

After shopping the big box home improvement stores and very large plumbing contractors for a water heater replacement, I became disturbed at the run-around given to me by their call centers of which none could give me the answer to how much would it cost and when could I have a water heater replaced. Everyone indicated I would need to have one of their sales personnel to come out to my house for those answers, which would involve my staying home for this \used car salesman type treatment\. Since I am an Architect and have the ability to determine when it is necessary to replace and what water heater would work with my space requirements. Plumb Doctor recognized my abilities to provide the information they needed, and immediately gave me a fair quote over the phone. Ken B.within hours of this first inquiry made the installation and was knowledgeable, punctual, and a master of his trade. Not once did he try to up sell from the original price provided. Little did anyone know my expertise involves understanding building and plumbing codes. Ken B and owner, Brandon were the only people I spoke with in the process who understand the code requirements. I'm keeping their names and phone number for future work.
