We had the pleasure of meeting Dan while we were searching for an apartment in East Boston. Unfortunately, that property was not what we were looking for but Dan had the perfect property for us once we told him what our preference was. My roommate Violet and I met Dan Dibiasio on a showing while considering renting an apartment. He was professional and went out of his way to help us in all aspects of our application process. We had lots of questions because we are first time renters and Dan was always punctual and supportive. He got back to us quickly, and assisted us in altering our lease. He even drove to meet us half way to get our papers for the lease. I very much recommend working with him if you are moving or relocating to the Boston area.
