Christin that’s working here is a star!!! I had to send a package and she took care of it for me super quick and easy. Such an amazing, friendly and professional woman. I had a really great experience at this location. Shout out to Tyler who was the mastermind behind my creative project. This location is open 24 hours and Tyler worked through the night to get it done and put a ton of heart and soul into it. I know that sounds unbelievable but Tyler was really excited about my project and I left knowing that he understood how important it was to me. He also helped me find the best price / method of executing it. The rest of the team, Ronnia and Charnia and one other gentleman - a Dodger fan, whose name I never learned - were each instrumental in helping Tyler finish the job. It was a very large job, almost 400 but I was happy with that price compared to what I had initially been quoted to pay. I really appreciate this location, recommend it to anyone and will be back again soon. Thank you Tyler, Charnia, Ronnie and the Dodger guy !

Nice enough experience, a bit chaotic, but the employees were nice and helpful. However, I brought an important package for delivery and was promised it would be at its destination the next day in the afternoon. In fact, the package sat at this location until after the estimated delivery time, and arrived nearly 3 days after the guaranteed delivery time, completely ruining a major event we had put together. If customer service had taken any responsibility at all for this issue, I would not be writing this review. Do not count on FedEx if the package has to be there on time, or at least not this location.

In the midst of a pandemic AND the holidays you'd expect a not so great customer experience, but that's not the case at this FedEx location in Marina Del Rey (on Maxella Ave). The team here is phenomenal - they are organized, helpful, efficient, and most importantly, they are kind. They get how special it can be to send a friend a gift and they will help organize your package in a way that just opening the box will become an experience for the receiver. They get excited about what you bring in to copy or print because they know that it's something important to you. There is a sense of community at this location that extends beyond the team and to the customers. Huge thanks to the Maxella Ave FedEx Team, you guys are rockstars!

Update: Ronnie came back from lunch and printed my photos manually. Thank you Ronnie, hope FedEx Corporate cam appreciate you as much as I do and get you machines that actually work! The photo printing machines are absolutely garbage. Don't waste your time here...been here 15 mins and nobody wants to help and machine is unresponsive. This place is terrible!!!
