It took me over nine months to purchase a bimini top for my Bennington pontoon. I finally received my top today. I was charged 859.00 for the replacement top. Low and behold the invoice from Bennington was inside the box and Marina Mikes cost for the top was 410.00. Now that's over a 100% markup in price. I think I will have to shop elsewhere from now on. That is rediculous.

Where to begin. The staff was amazing they took care of us like I was a family member. Mike helped us find a boat. They got us financed. Picked up my boat from home and made sure our new boat was sea worthy. They take good care of their employees and it shows. Very happy will do business in the future

is the worst boat sales company I have ever dealt with! Asked me to bring my boat in and then refuse to work on it. Eric is the absolute worst. It's sad that a business like this is in business you have better options, no on US 41 with no water also, many others are better like MarineMax take your business there

We put a deposit in a 22’ - 2021 Sea Fox Commander w/ a 250 Yamaha and today was our sea trial day .. we could not have been more excited! As we went out on the water, about 50 yards after getting outside the Chanel, the boat completely broke down. Alarms going off and a dead engine. We did not even have a moment to get it up on plane! Did I say this is a BRAND NEW Sea Fox boat and Yamaha motor? The 'rescue' team came to pick us up in another boat to take us back to Marina Mike's. Our salesman, Steve, upon return was apologetic for our experience and gave us our 7K deposit back as requested. The real kicker? Shawn, the GM, and a person with absolutely ZERO professionalism or customer service, was joking about our experience and cowardly walked back into his office. Not a single attempt at service recovery!!! Seriously? Boat buyers beware - Apparently business is all too good for this guy. We come from 30 years in the customer service business; can I tell you how short lived our careers would have been treating people like we were treated by this GM????? A PATHETIC representation of customer service. We feel bad for the next customer buying that boat. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the headache and heartache!
