We had been looking for a winter escape to paradise for several years, and THIS IS IT! Fairly new construction, well run, all ages, upscale yet laid back Key West vibe. A great Marina on the Intracoastal, 12 eateries within walking distance, including the world famous Banana Boat and Two Georges with live bands, spectacular salt-water pool, hot tub, fire pit and day beds overlooking the waterfront! We even have our own breakfast / lunch cafe on premises with a singer guitarist on Sundays. Plus a newly refreshed club room, gym, billiards room, movie room, Amazon Hub to collect your packages, and a vibrant growing downtown with brand new City Hall, Library and outdoor Amphitheater. This place is safe, peaceful yet sociable. Just 3 minutes over the bridge to the beach. 16 minutes to PBI West Palm Beach airport, 9 minutes to Delray Beach and Atlantic Avenue! Absolutely the best buy for newer construction in Boynton Beach on the water and just minutes from downtown Delray Beach! We have been owners since 2011 and watch the continued development of our Downtown Boynton Beach with its new restaurants and shops! Marina Village has been kept looking pristine since they opened their doors in 2006! The clubroom and gym are new, comfortable, attractive and gym equipment is truly state of the art with TVs on each treadmill/ elliptical. There is a new park right in front of the Marina for passing the time and watching the boats and jet skis go out. Also in the next few months the lobbies will be redecorated and new air conditioners in common areas of buildings. ALL WITHOUT ASSESSMENTS TO OWNERS!! There are quite a few different water views and the least expensive units are first floor and away from the water. Our complex is well run by management as well as security and many owners are full time residents. Also we love the short 15 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants are a few steps away as well as water sports and shopping.

Do not rent from Jakub & Victoria Krwaczyk they extorted 2800.00 from me. I had to cancel my trip May 1 - May 31 due to Covid-19. They refused to give me a refund or a voucher for May 2021 These people are criminals.

U can walk aling the board walk see fishing boats come in an see what they caught. Many dive boats for charter also jet ski rentals an boat rentals also Two George's restaurant an Banna Boat restaurant great place love going
