I’d find another dealer to deal with if I were you. Buying the vehicle was a pleasure. The sales team was and is very helpful. DO NOT bring your vehicle here to be serviced. Read the other reviews here and on other platforms about the service department.
Your service coordinator, whose name was Melisa or Marissa, was excellent. Probably the best I've dealt with in all my 78 yrs and that from someone who was in the a/c service business for 58 yrs. It's my guess that she is not getting paid equal to the value she brings to your dealership!
This would be my second time going through the leasing experience. First time was out of state (a little hectic but not unpleasant), Second time was here in CT with Maritime Chevrolet (seamlessly smooth process from beginning to end). Mike Atkins was my salesman. He made it an amazingly easy and pleasant process. He was very professional (yet extremely empathetic), knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I told him what I wanted and what didn’t want. What I could afford and couldn’t afford and he LISTENED. I highly recommend Maritime Chevrolet and please see Mike Atkins, he will be the one with the big smile and AWESOME energy. Just got a new truck from Maritime after shopping quotes and inventory at about 8 Chevy dealers within 100 miles. Other dealers advertised particular trucks in stock on their website, but when contacted or visited they said the truck was gone or sold... Maritime's website is accurate, they had the truck I wanted waiting for me with my name on it at a competitive price. Horacio was a pleasure to work with, responded to all emails and phone calls immediately, got started with paperwork over the phone - When I went in to pick up the truck it was parked out front, shiny clean, gassed up ready to go. Whole process took under an hour and I was on my way. Glad to be a part of the Maritime family, will continue to bring my business to them and steer others their way. Thanks! Sean Driscoll
